The following instructions apply to custom Booking Page domains (or URLs) that were offered by Setmore, with '' removed. These carry a renewal cost. Standard Booking Page URLs that include '' are free to use and customize.

What is a domain transfer?

A domain transfer is a process of changing the designated registrar/owner of a domain name. Once a transfer has been made, the new registrar/owner maintains all relevant information regarding the domain and the registrant.

Transfer a domain from Setmore to your business

1. Create an account with either Namecheap or GoDaddy.

2. With the email address used to create your account, email Use the subject heading ‘Domain transfer request’.

3. Team Setmore will handle your request within 24 hours and reply via email to confirm receipt.

4. A domain transfer invitation is emailed to you. Accept the invitation and follow the steps given to complete the transfer.

Note: By transferring ownership, you agree to cover all renewal charges. You can enable auto-renewal by adding your card details.
