On the left-hand menu, select 'Help & support'.
Click on the 'Chat with us' button.
In the pop-up window, select 'Send us a message'.

How do I look up old support chats?
You can access your old support chats in the Support menu.
From web
Click on 'Help & support'.
Select the 'Chat with us' button.
In the pop-up Support menu, go to 'Messages'.
Tap on the conversation you wish to revisit to find old messages.
From mobile
Go to ‘Settings > Help’.
Tap on 'Chat with us'.
On the new screen, tap 'Messages'.
Tap on the conversation you wish to revisit to find old messages.
Note: Replying to an old conversation will re-open the ticket and a specialist on our team will respond shortly.
