With your staff and services data populated, you can easily create appointments in just a few taps. Any appointment you book in this manner will sync with your Setmore account in the cloud and be available on all your devices.
Create a new appointment
- Tap the pink (+) button in the bottom-right corner.
- Tap +Appointment, then select the service, staff member, timeslot, and customer.
- Confirm that all the details of the booking are correct, and tap the Save button in the top-right corner.
Reschedule an appointment
1. To reschedule, tap on the appointment to open its appointment details.
2. Next, tap on the appointment date and time.
3. Choose the new date and time slot.
4. Tap on Save to confirm the reschedule.
Deleting an appointment
- Tap the appointment in the schedule to open the Appt Details window.
- Tap the three dots (...) in the top-right corner, then select Delete Appointment.
