Off-hours booking will enable you to schedule appointments in slots that fall outside your regularly scheduled staff working hours. This feature will allow you to schedule off-hours appointments on your dashboard calendar, but your customer-facing booking page will still display slots that fall under regular business hours.

Activating off-hours booking

  1. In the bottom navigation menu, tap the Account button.
  2. In the Account menu, tap Settings.
  3. Scroll down to the Off Hours Booking option and tap the toggle switch to the On position. Off-hours booking is now activated.

Now when you book an appointment, you can select slots that fall outside the working hours of your staff.

Note: Off-hours time slots appear dull, whereas regular timeslots are a brighter color.
