Off-hours booking will enable you to schedule appointments in slots that fall outside your regularly scheduled staff working hours. This feature will allow you to schedule off-hours appointments on your dashboard calendar, but your customer-facing booking page will still display slots that fall under regular business hours.
Activating off-hours booking
- In the bottom navigation menu, tap the Account button.
- In the Account menu, tap Settings.
- Scroll down to the Off Hours Booking option and tap the toggle switch to the On position. Off-hours booking is now activated.
Now when you book an appointment, you can select slots that fall outside the working hours of your staff.
Note: Off-hours time slots appear dull, whereas regular timeslots are a brighter color.
