In the new version of Setmore, only one email address is linked to the account owner. If you previously had multiple email addresses linked to the account owner, you’ll receive an email from us.
What you need to know:
A new staff profile will be added to your account within 7 days
You will not be charged for this new staff profile
Your original sign-up email address is linked to the new staff profile
The other email address is linked to the account owner
This process ensures you can still log in using both email addresses
Below is an example of a new staff profile created during account migration. The staff profile will have your business name, original sign-up email address and an explanation for why it was created.
There are no services associated with this staff profile and it is not visible on your Booking Page.

How do I remove this new staff profile from my account?
If your original sign-up email address is no longer required for login, please contact us to remove the new staff profile.
What if I don't recognize the email linked to the new staff profile?
The email address used to create your Setmore account will be linked to the new staff profile. If you see a different email address, please contact us.
Will this change impact my existing bookings or data in any way?
No, all of your bookings and data remain intact. You can access your Setmore account using both email addresses.
What if I have multiple staff profiles associated with my account?
This change only impacts the account owner. Other staff profiles will not be changed.
What happens if I no longer have access to the original sign-up email address?
Please contact us to update your account information.
Will I need to update any login details as a result of this change?
No, your login details remain the same. You can access your Setmore account using both email addresses.
