The booking slot size will determine the intervals that new appointment openings are displayed on your customer-facing Booking Page. For instance, a 15-minute booking slot size will show available slots every 15 minutes, from the time your business opens to the time it closes. This is regardless of how long your actual services are.

1. Navigate to Apps & Integrations. Under where it says Your Booking Page, click the "Configure" button.

2. In the Booking Page window, click the "Booking Policies" tab. Scroll down to the feature labeled "Booking Slot Size" and use the dropdown menus to select a new interval. Your changes will save automatically.

3. Open your Booking Page in a new tab and verify that the appointment slots are showing per your chosen interval. In the example below, we changed the slot size from 15 minutes to 30 minutes.

Note: The slots displayed on your Booking Page depend on "Booking Slot Size" and the "Service" your customer chooses at the time of booking. If a customer picks a service with duration longer than the available time, your customer will not see any slots on the Booking Page. The system will instead, display the first available slot on a different day.
