Staff Booking Page URLs allow customers to book directly with a specific member of staff.
Each staff profile in your Setmore account has its own Booking Page. This lists the staff member's services/classes and availability. Staff Booking Pages have individual URLs, making them easy to share with customers.
Follow the steps below to set up a Staff Booking Page and customize its URL. There are instructions for both the Setmore web app and Setmore mobile app.
Generating a Staff Booking Page URL (Web app)
Go to Settings > Staff and choose a staff member.
Scroll to ‘Staff Booking Page’ mid-way down the page.
Click the ‘Generate’ button to create a Staff Booking Page for that staff member.
Note: To direct customers to self-book with a particular member of staff, you must first generate their Staff Booking Page URL.
By default, the Staff Booking Page will contain the name of the staff member. You can edit this URL by clicking the 'Edit' icon.
Click the 'Copy' icon to copy the Staff Booking Page URL to your clipboard and share this link.
When you visit a Staff Booking Page, you'll see that the staff member is always pre-selected, and only their services are listed.
Your audience is able to view a specific staff member’s availability, which streamlines scheduling. This is invaluable for medical offices; as patients can schedule appointments with particular specialists, salons; as loyal clients can book blowouts with their favorite stylist, and more.
Generating a Staff Booking Page URL (Mobile app)
You can also generate a direct Staff Booking Page URL via the Setmore mobile app for iOS and Android.
Tap ‘Account’ and ‘Staff’ to access a list of your staff members.
Tap a specific staff member’s name to view their profile details.
Tap 'Staff Booking Page'.
If you haven't created a Staff Booking Page URL, you'll see a pop-up that alerts you to create one. Tap the ‘Generate URL' button.
Note: Staff Booking Page URLs are typically structured as your business.setmore.com followed by /staffname.
To forward a specific staff member’s Booking Page URL, navigate to their profile and tap the link. Share via your go-to apps or copy links to your clipboard and paste manually.
