Grant separate login credentials to staff members under the same Setmore account. With staff logins, you can assign varying permission levels for particular menus and settings. Not only that, each staff login comes with a unique calendar and booking link. Empower your team to schedule their own appointments and manage their own schedules.
Note: Logins can only be activated for staff members that have a valid email address in their Staff Details. One staff login can be created using this email address, even if a staff member is associated with multiple Setmore accounts.
Your maximum number of staff profiles
Setmore Free: Your account supports up to 4 staff with access to all Free features.
Pro/Team: Upgrade to Setmore Pro or Team to unlock advanced scheduling features for 2+ staff. You can continue adding staff logins for a nominal fee.
Activate staff logins (web app)
1. Start by navigating to Settings > Staff and choose a staff member.
2. Flip the Staff Login switch to 'On' and use the dropdown menu to set the level of access.
Staff have access to their calendar only.
Admins have access to all calendars, menus and submenus.
Receptionists have access to all staff calendars and the 'Customers' tab, but do not have access to other menus and submenus.
If you select staff access, you'll also be prompted about updates to staff working hours. You have the option to allow staff to update their own working hours, breaks and time-off.
3. Lastly, Setmore will send an email invitation to the staff member associated with the login. They must open the email, and click the 'Set Password' button.
Note: The link to set a password expires in 24 hours.
Resend the email invite (web app)
You can resend the email invitation by going to Settings > Staff > (Staff Member), and turning the 'Staff Login' switch off and on again.
Recover a lost password
1. To recover a lost password, go to https://go.setmore.com and click 'I forgot my password'.
Select 'Staff' and enter your email to receive reset instructions to your inbox.
