Filling out your business information should be one of the first things you do after signing up for Setmore. This information will be presented on your Booking Page and give customers essential information about your organization, such as your contact information, default currency, or website and social media links. We'll walk you through how to add your basic business information and business hours below.
Add your company information
1. Navigate to Apps & Integrations. Under where it says Your Booking Page, click the "Configure" button.
2. Click the Company Details tab. Here you can edit your .setmore.com URL (if you haven't already), as well as add your company name, logo, email, phone number, and website.
Set default currency, mailing address, and About section
1. Following the previous set of instructions, scroll down the page to add your default currency, mailing address, a short "About You" paragraph, and links to your social media accounts.
Update your timezone and business operating hours
1. Navigate to Apps & Integrations. Under where it says Your Booking Page, click the "Configure" button.
2. Click the Business Hours tab. In the main viewing area, use the timezone drop-down menu to set your default timezone.
3. Click each "On/Off" switch to the "On" position for every day your business is open, and "Off" for closed. Note that you may receive a message prompting you to update your Staff hours or keep them the same (staff have their own shift times within your business hours).
4. Use the dropdown menus next to each day to adjust the open and close times for each day.
