If your business offers a lot of services, you can use service categories to help organize and prioritize your offerings. This will also help de-clutter your Booking Page, making it easier for customers to navigate and choose the services they need.
Navigate to Services.
When adding a new service, after entering the service information, click More Options. Click the drop-down that says Select Category. In this section, you can type a new category and click Add.
Click Save and you’ve created a new category.
Adding an existing service to a service category in the web app
Go to Services.
Choose the service you’d like to add to an existing category by clicking the three dots next to the right of the service and click Edit.
Select More Options. Click the drop-down that says Select Category. In this section, you can search for existing categories.
Click Save and your service will appear in the chosen category.

Start by going to Services.
Next, click the (+) button at the top right and click Service/Class dependant on what you would like to categorize.
