The following instructions apply to custom Booking Page domains (or URLs) that were offered by Setmore, with '.setmore.com' removed. These carry a renewal cost. Standard Booking Page URLs that include '.setmore.com' are free to use and customize.


What is a domain transfer?

A domain transfer is a process of changing the designated registrar/owner of a domain name. Once a transfer has been made, the new registrar/owner maintains all relevant information regarding the domain and the registrant.


Transfer a domain from Setmore to your business

1. Create an account with either Namecheap or GoDaddy.

2. With the email address used to create your account, email help@setmore.com. Use the subject heading ‘Domain transfer request’.

3. Team Setmore will handle your request within 24 hours and reply via email to confirm receipt.

4. A domain transfer invitation is emailed to you. Accept the invitation and follow the steps given to complete the transfer.


Note: By transferring ownership, you agree to cover all renewal charges. You can enable auto-renewal by adding your card details.
