No matter which apps you use, it's always a good idea to change your password every six months as a minimum. Also, if you happen to forget your password, Setmore offers a standard recovery method for retrieving and updating it. We'll cover both methods below.
Recover a lost password
1. Open the Setmore login page and click the ‘Forgot your password?’ link.
2. Enter your account’s email address and click the ‘Send reset link’ button.
3. You'll receive an email that includes instructions to reset your password. Click the button to proceed.
4. A page will open for you to enter a new password. Complete the process and log in with your new password.
Request a password reset link from the web app
1. In the web app, navigate to Settings > My profile > Edit profile.
2. Select ‘Access and permissions’ and click ‘Send password reset link’
3. Click ‘Save’ and you’ll receive an email with instructions to change your password.
