As your business grows, you may want to expand your service menu. Open Services to add or update services, and view a full list of your various service, class and staff booking links. You can also copy individual booking links and share them across emails, DMs, social media posts and more.
Add a new service in Services
Go to Services and click the 'Add service' button located in the top-right.
Specify a service name and enter a description and duration.
Select the staff members to provide this service. This makes the service bookable through your calendar and Booking Page.
Click 'Save' and the new service is added.
To edit a service, find it in Services and click the three dots in the top-right of the tile. Select ‘Edit’ in the dropdown menu.
To delete a service, find it in Services and click the three dots in the top-right of the tile. Select ‘Delete’ in the dropdown menu.
To make a service private, find it in Services and click the three dots in the top-right of the tile. Turn the ‘On/Off’ switch off and the service won’t be visible on your Booking Page.
Share specific booking links from Services
Log into your Setmore web app and click the Services icon. You’ll find it in your left-side navigation bar, just below Settings.
A list of your services, classes and staff members will display. Find the booking link you’d like to share.
When you hover over that particular service, class or staff profile, a ‘Share’ icon will appear. Tap it. (Note: The ‘Copy Link’ button is not enabled for private services or classes)
A pop-up with appear, you can choose to ‘Copy Link’ or ‘Send via Email’
Next, if you ‘Copy Link’, simply paste the link where it needs to go and share away.
When a viewer clicks the link, they see your availability for that specific service.
Share your Booking Page URL from Services
Need to share your full Booking Page? The link can be found in the top right corner of your window.
Click the circular icon next to ‘My Booking Page’ to copy your Booking Page URL.
Alternatively, you can click ‘My Booking Page’ to open it in a new tab and manually copy the URL.
