How the grace period works
In order to be eligible for the refund, you must downgrade and send in your request for a refund within the first 30 days after signing up for Premium. Requests sent after 30 days may not be refunded.
In general, a refund will be processed in 3-5 business days once the request is received.

Generally we'll consider any request for a refund, regardless of when it's asked for. If you put in the time and effort to make Setmore work for you and it doesn't, then you absolutely deserve some credit and a little something back, and we'll try to make that happen. Ultimately, it's up to the discretion of the person receiving the request, and the context in which the request is made. But just know that there's some flexibility and wiggle room.
FAQ: Why was my refund amount different from the subscription amount?
Setmore doesn't add on any extra fees for processing a refund. However, for some international users, your bank may charge you a small foreign transaction fee when processing the refund. This only happens in rare cases, and is dependent on your bank's transaction policies.
