For a limited time, Setmore’s Solopreneur promotion gives single user accounts access to the Setmore Premium feature lineup for just $9 per month or $99 per year in the first year of your subscription. 

After the first year, your subscription will revert to the default pricing of $25 per month or $199 per year. This is a great opportunity to try Setmore Premium features for a low cost if you’re a single-person business or organization.

*Note: This offer is only available for new Setmore users and existing users who haven’t yet upgraded to Setmore Premium. Current Setmore Premium users are ineligible to receive the discounted rate.

Subscribing to the Solopreneur promotion

To upgrade to the Solopreneur promotion, you'll follow the same menu path as you normally would to upgrade to Setmore Premium. The Solopreneur offer will appear automatically in your account if you have only one staff profile

Don't see the Solopreneur promotion? You may have more than one staff profile in your account! Reduce total staff profiles to one and the offer should appear.

  • In the Setmore mobile app, go to Account > Premium
  • In the Setmore web app, click the Shield icon in the left menu bar and choose Premium.
  • Select the Solopreneur promotion and follow the prompts to submit your payment.

After upgrade, need to add more than 1 staff profile?

Because the Solopreneur promotion is for single-user accounts only, you will be unable to add another staff profile to your account until you:

  • Have had your active Solopreneur promotional plan for one full year and a new billing cycle starts,
  • Switch to a non-promotional Premium subscription at the regular rate of $25/mo or $199/yr (details below),
  • Or downgrade back to the basic, free Setmore plan which allows you to add up to 4 staff profiles.

Switching to regular Premium pricing on your iPhone or Android phone

If you upgraded to the Solopreneur promotion from your iPhone or Android phone, you'll manage your subscription settings on your iPhone or Android phone.

  • Start by going to Account > Staff and tap + New Staff.
  • The Setmore app will prompt you to choose a regular Premium subscription. Choose an updated plan to continue.

Switching to regular Premium pricing from the Setmore web app

If you upgraded to the Solopreneur promotion from the Setmore web app, contact us to process the plan change on the back end. 

  • Start a 1:1 chat in your account by clicking the chat bubble in the lower right corner. With an average response time of <5 minutes, this is the quickest way to get help.
  • Or email us at help@setmore.com. In the subject line, please include "Switch to regular Premium plan," and in the body of the email, include the email address that's registered to your Setmore account.

Can I add more than 20 staff members? 

While you cannot add more than 1 staff profile with the Solopreneur promotion, the regular Setmore Premium plan offers the ability to add more than 20 staff members to your account with special pricing. Learn more about adding more staff to your Premium account here >
