Live Booking adds a virtual receptionist line to your Setmore account, with a toll-free number that you can forward calls to. When customers call, our virtual receptionist team will answer, and help book appointments directly to your Setmore calendar.
Live Booking is available in the US and Canada. Pay $1 at signup for your first month or first 90 minutes (whichever elapses first), then $89 for each billing cycle after that.*
New for 2020: Live Booking now includes Setmore Premium and Pro for up to 4 staff members at no additional cost. Benefit from text reminders, 2-way calendar sync, recurring appointments, Stripe payments and more as part of your Live Booking subscription!
Activate Live Booking in your account
- Start by logging into the Setmore web portal at https://my.setmore.com.
- Then click the Products "shield" menu icon on the left-hand navigation bar, and select Live Booking.
- Follow the prompts to add your payment details, and confirm your subscription purchase.
- Your Live Booking number will be activated instantly.
- Set up a call with our specialist if you want to fine-tune your Live Booking experience.
