Your Setmore contact list also serves as a place to add notes or links, and upload photos to be kept with the customer's profile. The platform also generates basic stats on the customer's history with your organization, including the annual value of the customer to your business (per total appointment revenue for the year), and a breakdown of total services purchased.

Appointment history

Navigate to the Customers tab and click on the customer whose appointment history you want to see. The history will be automatically displayed in the main viewing area, to the right of the customer's information

Add or edit customer notes

Navigate to the Customers tab and click on the customer for whom you want to add notes. Click the "Notes" tab in the main window, to the right of the customer's name. The Notes area features a basic text editor that supports bulleted or numbered lists, hyperlinks, and image embedding.

View customer stats

Navigate to the Customers tab and click on the customer for whom you want to see stats. Click the "Stats" tab in the main window, to the right of the customer's name.
