Update Billing Information and View Setmore Billing History

Manage your billing, change your card on file, view past subscription charges, and download receipts for Setmore web logins and mobile.

This article details how to update your billing information and check your billing history. First, determine how you upgraded your Setmore account, as this will change the method that you use to access your billing details:

  • iPhone: you will manage your billing details in your iPhone’s settings.

  • Android: you will manage your billing details in the Google Play Store settings on your phone.

  • Web login: you will manage your billing details by logging into the Setmore web app.

We’ll go through each method below👇


Update billing details using a web login

If you upgraded using your web login, then you’ll manage billing in your web account settings.

Note: Only account owners and account admins have access to billing settings.

  • Head to Settings > Billing.

  • You’ll see your current plan and a form to update your payment card information.

  • To update your payment card, click the Edit button next to Payment Details to enter new payment card information.

You can also add a new payment method in the Payment Details section if needed.

  • To downgrade back to the Free plan, click the ‘Cancel’ button. This will bring you to the plan selection menu. Click the ‘Downgrade’ button to finish.

If you wish to change from a monthly plan to an annual plan, or vice versa, please email a request to at help@setmore.com.


View your billing history and download receipts

Whether you upgraded via web or mobile, you can view all previous payments using your web login.

  • Head to Settings > Billing.

  • Scroll down to find a record of all past payments to Setmore.

  • Click ‘View’ to download a printable receipt as a PDF.

Note: If you upgraded using a web login, your payments will be $9/user on Setmore Pro or $5/user on Setmore Team. If you upgraded from your iPhone, your payments will be $24.99 USD per month or $198.99 USD per year.


Update billing details from your iPhone

If you upgraded using your iPhone, then you’ll manage your billing in your phone’s settings.

Note: Only the admin who upgraded your account can view billing settings in this way. This is a limitation of the App Store platform.

  • Start by going to Settings and then tap your name card at the top of the menu.

  • Go to ‘iTunes & App Store’, tap your Apple ID at the top of the screen and select ‘View Apple ID’.

  • Next, tap ‘Subscriptions’ and select ‘Setmore Appointments’.


Update billing details from your Android phone

If you upgraded your plan using your Android phone, then you’ll manage billing in your Google Play Store settings.

Note: Only the admin who upgraded your account can view billing settings in this way. This is a limitation of the Google Play Store platform.

  • Open Google Play Store. Tap the menu icon in the top-left corner and select ‘Subscriptions’. (Make sure that you're signed into the correct Google account.)

  • Tap the Setmore Appointments app to view your settings.

If you don’t see Setmore listed, you might have upgraded using your web login, or you might not have admin access.

In the Setmore Appointments menu, you can change your plan or downgrade back to the Free plan.
