Allow staff members to edit and update appointments or settings

Grant individual login credentials to the staff in your Setmore account. With staff logins, you can assign varying permission levels for menus and settings.

Not only that, each staff login comes with a unique calendar and booking link. Empower team members to book appointments independently and manage their own schedules.

Note: Logins can only be activated for staff members with a valid email address in their staff details. One staff login can be created using this email address, even if a staff member is associated with multiple Setmore accounts.

Your maximum number of staff profiles

  • Setmore Free: Your account supports up to 4 staff with access to all Free features.

  • Pro: Upgrade and unlock advanced scheduling features for 2+ staff. You can continue adding staff logins for a nominal fee.


Activate staff logins

1. Start by navigating to Settings > My Team and choose a staff member.

2. Click ‘Edit Profile’ in the top-right of their staff profile.

3. Select ‘Access & Permissions’ and flip the switch to ‘On’. You can now choose a user role.

  • Staff have access to their calendar only.

  • Admins have access to all calendars, menus and submenus.

  • Receptionists have access to all staff calendars and the 'Customers' tab, but do not have access to other menus and submenus.

If you select staff access, you'll also be prompted about updates to staff working hours. You can allow staff to update their own working hours, breaks and time-off.

3. Lastly, Setmore will send an email invitation to the staff member associated with the login. They must open the email, and click the 'Set Password' button.

Note: The link to set a password expires in 24 hours⏰


Resend an email invitation

You can resend an email invitation by going to Settings > My Team > (Staff Member), and turning the 'Staff Login' switch off and on again.

Recover a lost password

1. To recover a lost password, go to Settings, My Team and click the team member who would like to recover their password.

2. Click 'Send reset password link'
